Slater and Gordon and OnePath Custodians, OnePath Life and ANZ Bank have reached an in-principle settlement of $50 million. The settlement is subject to Court approval.
Slater and Gordon have engaged Deloitte to assist in the administration of the settlement. Deloitte has sent a Notice of Proposed Settlement (Court Notice) on behalf of the Federal Court of Australia to individuals who are likely to be Group Members in the ANZ and OnePath Super Class Action. You have received the Court Notice because OnePath’s data indicates that you are likely a Group Member in this class action. Court Notices were distributed via email based on the records held by OnePath, or where an email address was not available, via post.
Please be aware that you were required to register on the Group Member Portal operated by Deloitte, and registration closed on 3 February 2025. This deadline was set by the Court, therefore, we are generally unable to accept any registrations after the deadline.
Your Name and your Group Member Identification Number is located on the top-left corner of the Court Notice and begins with “OPC”, please keep a record of this number.
